As people start to consider a family vacation to the Turks and Caicos Islands, it’s very common for most to spend time looking at reviews for various oceanfront rentals here on Grace Bay Beach. While we are extremely proud of the dozens reviews we’ve received on Facebook and Google , most of the reviews truly focus on our amazing property and the beautiful beach just a few steps off our back patio. But this new review we just received on our Villa Oasis VRBO page, is really unique and truly heartfelt.
This review spends more time and effort talking about our staff. These guests, “Margaret O”, truly understands that you can have the most beautiful property on this island sitting on the most incredible beach in the world, but if the people supporting you are not concerned, your group trip will be less than ideal. “The house keeping service truly allowed me to be pampered. Rosanna was there every morning tidying up and keeping kitchen and bedrooms clean. I love to have my bed made every morning but it is luxury to have someone else make it for you! Thank you Rosanna!
Mr. Romeo was off the charts attentive to all our wants and needs from pre shopping for groceries to taking us down to a night at a restaurant on the beach. Every time we called he was there. His attentiveness was so professional that I don’t think any other experience will top his!
I can not say enough about the owner of Villa Oasis. She is the consummate host! Always willing to take any call and put your mind at ease about any of your concerns. She even called us on the first day to make sure everything was to our liking. We rent a VRBO home about 3 times a year and we have never experienced this level of dedication to providing us with the best experience each and every day.”
